The Asia Foundation offred a Changemaker development Fund Grant to Dr. Novil Wijesekara from Resilience to Launch the International Journal of Health-Systems Resilience. He was an Asia Foundation Development Fellow from the 2016 cohort. Dr. Wijesekara received a similar grant in 2020 to launch the International Journal of Community-Resilience.
